How do I get to Civana Wellness Resort and Spa?
You have a couple options to get to the resort.
First option, on arrival day, if you arrive before 12pm, you can Uber/Lyft to Jenny’s Phoenix home which is just 12 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport unless there is a group of you who all arrive at the same time, then Jenny will pick you up at the airport. Jenny will then drive the group in a 12-passenger van to Civana Wellness Resort and Spa.
On departure day, Jenny will take the same group (if flight times are either in sync or close to each other) back to the airport.
Space is limited in the van. First to reserve with Jenny gets a ride. This does not apply to you if you decide to arrive any day before the retreat and are already at Civana or decide to stay longer.
Second option, you can rent your own car and drive yourself or Uber/Lyft. Please research the ride-share and car rental rates on your own. Civana is just 45 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
What if I get Covid shortly before the trip?
Ideally, it would be great if you are fully vaccinated, but is not a requirement. However, if you contract Covid within a month before the retreat, you can only attend the retreat if you are fully recovered, healthy and can provide a negative Covid test. If you contract Covid, just days before the retreat, X% of your retreat fee will be returned.
If you are NOT vaccinated, we ask that you abide by Civana Wellness Resort and Spa’s Covid regulations, if that should be masks indoors and staying within 6-feet from others. This may change by our retreat dates.
What if I want to arrive early or stay longer at Civana Wellness Resort and Spa?
Just ask Jenny to make these arrangements for you so that she can get you a better rate.
What if I want my friend to stay with me in a Queen Double Occupancy Room or I want my partner to stay with me in a King Double Occupancy Room?
Just ask Jenny for the rates for these kind of requests. Even if you partner or friend is NOT participating fully or at all in the retreat, the same retreat fee will apply.
Civana is a gorgeous resort. I want to upgrade my room!
If an upgrade is available, just ask Jenny to book it for you. Different rates apply.
Do I need to pre-book my spa treatments or any excursions?
YES you do! Due to Covid restrictions, you MUST pre-book your spa treatments during your stay, court times and tee times. Pre-book horseback riding, kayaking and/or paddle-boarding directly with Jenny.
