In each class, expect a creative, breath-led class that emphasizes functional movement with a strong focus on anatomy and structural strengthening.

Her intention is that students leave her class feeling uplifted, peaceful, and empowered so they can carry those feelings into every aspect of their lives.

Jenny asserts that her yoga practice has brought countless positive changes to her life. She believes that yoga offers a path of self-discovery and the opportunity to continually transform ourselves while strengthening our connections to what is truly important.

Wade Gotwals, ERYT

Wade Pic 1

As an international traveling yogi, Wade leads retreats, workshops and  events around the globe and is known for his innovative approach and inspirational teachings. He creates a sense of community with heart and humor and challenges students to explore their full potential during his uniquely sequenced Vinyasa classes.  The Vinyasa flow fusion is derived from his travels and from the inspirations of his senior teachers, always incorporating aspects of the other limbs of yoga … meditation, dharma, bhakti and elements of thai and acro yoga into his teachings. His style is structured, but at the same time playful, always offering options of openness, depth and strength so that everyone will be appropriately challenged and able to share their energy. He is guided by the dharmic principles of Advaita or ‘oneness and non separation’. Wade strives to find interesting ways to keep others inspired and connected and receiving inspiration from others is what keeps his love for yoga alive.

Don Bae, CYT

As a competitive basketball and volleyball player, Don came to the practice over 10 years ago hoping that yoga would help him to stretch out after games. His journey began as a vinyasa flow student at his local health club and, over the years, has led him to practice enthusiastically at many renowned yoga studios and teachers in Chicago and the world.

Don completed his 200 hour YTT with Prairie Yoga in Lisle, IL in 2018 and hopes to share his passion of yoga in a more therapeutic aspect. With his athletic background, he has worked through his share of injuries and rehab. After his last doctor recommended knee replacement, Don decided to forgo surgery and pursue a path of therapeutic yoga to alleviate his condition. He believes that the practice of yoga, through alignment and safety, is the perfect avenue to sustain a healthy lifestyle, no matter if you are an athlete or not.

He considers his main teacher to be Iyengar-trained instructor, Leslie Riley, who has helped him to advance his practice in a more alignment-based manner. As Leslie’s lead teacher’s assistant, Don was able to get practical experience, applying the use of props for students with physical limitations or injury to deepen their practice.

As a travelling yogi, Don attended and assisted in many Yoga Within You, LLC yoga retreats to Costa Rica, Mexico, Zion, UT and Bend, OR.

Don’s main interests are in therapeutic and alignment-based yoga, he continually expands his knowledge of yoga by actively attending workshops that vary from restorative yoga to handstands. He has also practiced many different styles of yoga: Hatha, Forrest, Ashtanga, hot, aerial, and acro yoga.

In Don’s classes, you’ll expect well-thought out classes, mainly centered around alignment, accented with fun music and a place to feel comfortable no matter what level of your practice.
